I've spent over 20 years in the scaffolding industry, working my way up from the tools to supervising and running scaffolding projects across a range of sectors. Site inspections, risk assessments, method statements, working at height: I learned them on real jobs, not in a classroom.

I set up Will B Safe because scaffolding firms deserve a safety partner who knows the trade from the inside: someone who can tell the difference between a real defect and a box-ticking exercise, and who turns reports around fast enough to keep your programme moving. I know how scaffolds get built, where corners get cut under pressure, and what a safe structure actually looks like, because I've stood on more of them than I can count.
